That’s a given. However, we are after the 1.2 TCF we can potentially unlock in different layers of the basin. So we are looking at 1.6 TCF in Grandis if we can flow it to surface.

With regards to value, the rule of thumb is 1 TCF = $1 Billion

just to get this right, I was along the thinking that 1 tcf of natural gas was more like a $8 billion USD valuation at the well head? $1 billion seems cheap
