EXR Trading 2023, page-1428

Was in this for many years with an average of around 7c. Very briefly entered the millionaires lounge (for about an hour) when the sp touched 50c before being promptly booted out. My mind boggles when I think back to that moment, shoulda woulda coulda. I slowly started to offload once the SP had already declined significantly and ended up selling out completely for around 7.5c. I actually had a little anxiety not holding EXR for a few months but started buying the options once they hit the market and am now locked and loaded once more. Like many here I've always been impressed with this management team and can't wait to see what the next few months bring.
