Disappointing week in relation to the SP, the volume was certainly up, especially on Friday. The Bots kept the price down on Wednesday and Thursday close and then there was a lot of buying, with the bots pushing the price up on close on Friday afternoon - whoever accumulated on Friday did so at the lowest VWAP of the week.

One way of interpreting this is that the continuing share price depression caused capituation among some holders, with the capituation being picked up by the bots. It would be very interesting to see the broker data for Friday when it becomes available in a few days time and see if the Algo Traders in our ranks were net buyers on Friday.
