I am learning a great deal - and not just on EXR but other Exploration companies --
EXR is an EXPLORATION and discovery company -- we don,t want to be a Gas Producer -- we want to ON SELL to the big Boys.
Part one -- Locate an area with Gas.
Part Two --- Develop a way to get Gas to Flow. -- That is Commercially Viable -- It may be Direct Drilling, Horizontal Drilling --Fracking -- or combinations of all -- and once flows are achieved -- await Take Over Bids.
Mongolia -- EXRs site is the size of Belgium -- we have four to six Basins and Troughs --(where Gas is Known to be) -- we just have to figure How to get it to Flow and at Commercially Viable cost.-- Cottee said (paraphrasing here) -- We know there is Gas -- We have to work out How to get Gas to Flow -- its a riddle -- and as First in the area we are learning from each Well the best way to get Gas to the Surface --
I Also think Grandis will be Demerged and sold off Next year -- and EXR will have Plenty of Cash for the Drilling in Mongolia to Prove up and Sell of the Mongolian Gas .
Yes -- I did not mention GobiH2 -- as i think it is just The Icing on the Cake --for Future Development over the next Decade.
