the absolute devil is in the detail- that's why I research the absolute fcuk out of everything I can find that pertains to EXR and our 3 assets and how it may affect the Wonker clans' substantial investment. We are lucky on these threads we have some excellent contributors and I'd like to think we've all benefitted from a shared knowledge gain- I know I am absolutley.
That knowledge discovery process over the past 5 years has culminated in an absolute conviction in the role natural gas (and in time, green hydrogen) will play for decades to come.
In turn, that crystilisation of conviction has led to even more EXR share and on market oppie purchases.
AND I still feel I don't have nearly as many shares as I should.
