Yes, the 'Big players' are taking profits. From a fundamental perspective, we anticipate EXR to go higher right with positive news right? However the market doesn't always see it that way.
EXR has had a good run from lows of 5.6 to highs of 11.5. We are currently in oversold territory...which means the market is taking a breather with a potential pull back lower. Technically I see EXR pulling back to its 50% level 8.5c confluence with the PH of 8.8c on the 23/11. Projected PTs at the 13 to 15 cl where I'm anticipating Resistance on the loner term chart.Trading what I see.
