The problem with NI is they attract the day traders and pump and dump crowd. Look at Africa Oil they often use as their gold standard for oil discoveries. If Africa Oil had to report as per ASX rules there's zero chance their share price would have shot up. A year or so later their share price dumped, their reporting was false.
