How do you know how long he/she has been invested in EXR?
I've been in for years and have had a gutful of continued investor value degradation.
The timing of some of their credit raises the past couple of years have been concerning.
Let's hope 2024 finally brings some relief for retail investors. The instos and big boys have sure had their fun.....
