1) Management cant hide price sensitive news from the public, at least that what I believe, for EXR
2) We're in a hard time for global economy, in order to move the needle the news need to have significant impact or be mind-blowing
3) Thus, any normal progress updates dont mean much, it cant move the share price anyway
4) Neil has large holding in EXR so I believe he would do the best for his own interest, assuming there is no other conflicts of interest
5) The quarterly update will be due soon so just wait to see what is in there
