An up and down week with the closing price dropping, while the VWAP rose. Very low volumes, although rising slightly on Friday.
Has anyone else noticed the disproportionately large trading volume on the Chi-X relative to the ASX for EXR? Some days it's upwards of 50% of the volume. I'm going to start breaking down the volume on the ASX and Chi-X and see what (if any) influence it has on the price. My guess is the Chi-X trades are the algo traders.
