Time to take out a second mortgage and put it all on EXR! Its like having the keys to a money printing machine.. Everyone here will be filthy rich aslong as they keep buying more and more... why on earth wouldn't you just keep buying as much as you possibly can and then tell others so the FOMO keeps going?
There's way too much pumping of this stock by LTH's and dreamers. It may do well, it may not. DYOR and GLTAH. The key word being "luck".
