Hey @Stonksbonks69....it doesn't matter how many you have- ANY EXR units are good units, (DYOR, all IMO etc).

I've a few grey hairs of the remaining hair left, greyed from a few market multi-year cycle experiences, have made a bit, lost more, then made a bit back.
For me (and this is JUST my opinion), EXR is a once in a decade opportunity, but will take time to evolve, and we will need to overcome a lot of hurdles....constantly.

I'm here for the homerun exit- On that basis, a half pip here or a pip there doesn't really phase me, but obviously buying units as cheaply as you can is great.

Nothing is assured, nothing is guaranteed.

This could ALL go to pot.
