I don't think I've ever read anything formal about this, although I imagine it would be commercial in confidence. Doesn't mean the talks have, or have not occured, but it does seem we have the (potential) solution to their problem. Even more so because the Mongolian Government would also benefit if the supply came from a local supplier.
