Even tho the SP has lagged for some time, I think it has been slowly transitioning to stronger hands (diamond hands). Over the last year I have increased my share holding by 120% and won't be selling those extras any time soon. I know there's over 900mil SOI but it does make a difference if strong holders have an increased portfolio as many here have accumulated. With the potential EXR has for future, I'm glad the weak hands have been selling out.
