my gut is telling me that NY is preparing a CR in this information vacuum right now to cover the Grandis drill, which will hurt a lot of investors from the last CR.
I think NY is also too emotionally invested in Mongolia gas to let it go for a reasonable price. maybe he will wake up but one of these projects has to get sold. I'm guessing that he's hoping Grandis can sell first, but it may not be the wisest option
