I also gave a full whack at the last CR but holding onto this one for a few reasons. Would I sell if EXR was above my average price? Possibly. Lesson learned on not jumping onto an overhyped stock that surged on mostly potential. TMK still has alot to navigate, huge potential but they will need funding and their ongoing partnership with TPD not certain. Petro China definetly watching them. Just as much risk with how it plays out geopolitically IMO.
Agree that NY needs to give EXR a shot in the arm before any CR early next year. Nomgon should be that catalyst. If it isnt then there will be plenty of cheap shares for the beleivers in daydream and longer term plays but any ideas about a quick return this year would be finished.
