Correct...painful....for 36c entrants via the Cap Raise, for anyone else that bought higher than that. Yet I maintain we're in a much better place as a company now than we were then. But tph's again, is just IMO.

Particularly annoying if, as some have recently stated, you now need the cash and it's locked up here, and you'll realise a loss if you have to sell at the moment (or indeed perhaps anytime really since the 36 CR). The only unaffected parties are some of the original OG's that were fortunate to accumulate their holdings in the sub 5c days, but even some of those have sold down, or out, as their risk tolerance changed or for whatever reason.

Not many would still be in profit, on paper.

Little solace in saying hang in there, time will see us prevail, and plenty of people here are sick to death of hearing "give it time" etc.
I believe it will, and significant catalysts are imminent, but that's just me.

I'd love to give a reassurance that soon enough the penny will drop and the wider market will realize what EXR and has, and a correlative
"re-rate" occurs.

Would love to say it....but obviously can't.
It could all go to absolute excrement from here.
