You're correct mate- the road is indeed not straight- lots of twists and bumps along the way, but eventually we hope we reach our desired destination!
For me, and I'm sure many others here, it seems almost nonsensical that EXR now is not magnitudes more valuable (sp wise) than the EXR a lot of us started investing in years ago, but therein lies the arbitrage value potential -IMO.
Soon enough we'll know if Grandis creates actual real value that translates into an increased share price and the potential for (perhaps) a capital return of some type.
We all hope the patience exercised to date stats to pay off.
The Wonkers clan is pretty much tapped out now for deployable cash....between a couple of separate holdings, the clan collective is in the Top 20, nearing Top 10.
