Steve - I don't disagree with most of your assessment. However - I think that all you mention is his job and he does it well. Yes, he is opportunistic about raising capital - but we want him to be. If you get too low on funds then you become desperate. Sounds like late last year he got offered 10 mill by some smart money (who can sense the opportunity) and he said yes.

How he plays that balance between CR and bringing on partners and fattening the pig will be fascinating to watch. I like that we have Richard Cottee in our corner (and hopefully in Neils ear). He is the master of that type of maneuvering.

We are a microcap and highly likely will be diluted in some way before we get to sell. The art is keeping that dilution as low as possible. So far its been done really well IMO.
