Yep a fair point and my current sentiment towards EXR and NY in general. He is doing his job. It's why i have continued to hold. Agree the dilution has been done very well so far, albeit off the back of retail shareholders involved in the 36c CR years ago. Thats how it goes but this obviously compounds the sting when we are sitting at 7c and attaching oppies to the big end of town. Touting the CR wasnt really necessary but nice to have. I dont beleive thats entirely true. Personally i beleive he knows Grandis will be a longer process than being led to beleive and has again opportunistically got some cash from the other end of town should it drag out luke Mongolia.
