EXR is not a wounded stock unlike another play which will remain nameless, for now. The company has both projects on going, albeit the Queensland asset now represents the major play for the company. The Mongolian project is still in play, dewatering is continuing and may take 6-18 months before gas flow is achieved. The Queensland project is occurring much faster due to the nature of the gas play.
It's good to rid stale holders and replace them with new, enthusiastic holders.
It's safe to assume Grandis will be the company maker and the Mongolian asset the sprinkles, strawberries and icing on the cake.
