Yeah i can see a few wanting to bail in mid 30's. Alot i know cut losses in the mid teens. Also need to remember any options NY has issued will be converted and sold off adding some supression on the SP (14-15c's) should it start moving north. The insto's are not here for the dream end result, just to turn a profit. It would take seriously good news to get us over $1. I dont think we will see a slow climb back to 36c. All will happen quite quickly. A boom or bust for EXR on the back of Grandis this year. If all goes well the window to bail out will be too short and the prize too good for the jaded not to see it through.
