Yup -I'm hanging for asset sales or some type of liquidity event at a chunky maximised value that Cottee sucks out of purchasers- and the associated potential benefits of that- i.e a form of capital return and/or significant sp increase- both ideally.

Of course- time and patience is needed, as usual, to see the ultimate play out of QLD and Mongolia.

Some will stay the journey, some won't- each to their own- there's no right or wrong in that regard, can't see fault in taking off if/when we get to 30c, 36c, 50c etc. I hope every EXR investor turns a profit, no matter the entry price to date.

I guess I've tried to walk a bit in Neils shoes and have tried to envision what he deems as success- and I think he sees it as a lot more than a $1 sp.
I may well take a tad off the table if and when we get to $1, but the lions share will be held until I believe we realise our huge potential in Mongolia and QLD.
