    Once Stuart brings his first Presentation which is on draft now, he must buy on market to show his intentions and support for the company.

    Something that left to desire by the last hopeless CEO.

    If EXR and the board wants the sentiment to change, they will need to do what a normal CEO and board would... buy on market.... now, will Richard follow suit if Stuart shows support buying on market? to be seem....

    We'll continue the script here..... until Stuart shows signs of leadership and a change on how the company is managed.

    Be aware of one thing..... the con Neil, will need to sell his stock at sometime.... he might damage the SP once again at some point.....
