As mentioned before, a possible Take Over strategy here would be to drive the SP to the ground(which it is happening right now), little to no news until they get where they want and as cheap deal as they can achieve... a premium would be around 10 cents.... but, the way its going, the deal could go as low as 6 cents....
As Pinocchio said on his paid Youtube interview, Its bags that matter and not points.. LOL and its Value for Shareholders always.
So, they just need absolutely no action until August/September get the price where they want.... could they decide 1.5 cents? Possibly.... then a Take Over would be most likely at 4.5 cents to 6 cents...
I am sure Shareholders that were alluded to Pinocchio's stories in Mongolia and to participate on the SPP at 36 cents will be amazed about it.....
A sign that things are going sour in a company always is followed by the front man of the company to disappear for a little while and say nothing.....why? cause there is nothing to at the beggining of the journey anyway hey
