Sending by mail now has some risk associated with it.
Sending by electronic transfer and faxing the form is safer.
If a mail delay occurs between wherever the mail is posted today and for whatever reason it is not in the hands of the company by close of business on monday, the cheque will be too late.
Electronic transfer and a fax is probably less work for the company secretary than cheques anyway but regardless, the conversion of the MXRO is for the benefit of the option holder regardless of whether the company has more or less paperwork however the funds are sent.
I am sure the company secretary will be keen to get as many electronic transfers as he can, regardless of the size of the transfer. :-)
