The financial modelling will have covered metallurgical response, reserve base, through put rates, opex, capex-sounds like a BFS to me, particularly when they want the finance negotiations advanced in October/November with the DTM due 1st quarter 2005! China thingo appears to involve exploration jv's, but if you have an office over there helps keep everyone warm and fuzzy with concentrate deliveries! Long term relationships and all that piffle.
