I was talking about small stocks. Unless I think I can at least double my money in a tax effective way then they simply are not worth the risk. I am more then happy buying blue chips and writing calls on them till the cows come home which generates 30-40% per year practically guaranteed. When you can make that, year in year out then the rewards for holding small companies has to be substantial in my eyes. I am a "loyal" investor" until the price is right. Plain and simple.
