From the discussions i have had with other investors, the majority of them (by far) view the Convertible Notes, their conversion into shares and then their subsequent trading - are all givens. There is no mystery or handicap if you are a new investor for La Jolla is a factorable element in the investment thus far.
And its smartest to view the fact just like the way you would view any other know segments of any investment, such as issues of dilution, conditionalities or debt for example.

There are no surprises here, just something to factor into your overall opinion.

My overall opinion on the concept of this technology getting out into the atmosphere: Yes it will happen and yes it will be very good for the end user to have produced a normal amount of domestic/industrial power whilst managing to reduce the loads total carbon output.
As the fuel (mix) approaches 100% Coldry that result will improve arithmetically.

I care mostly about the fuel getting out there, a bit more than i care about the investment actually.
