The uranium hopeful couldn't explain the sharp surge in its share price after a recent speeding ticket, but enthusiasm for its stock isn't likely to wane leading up to the results of the definitive feasibility study on its uranium project in Namibia due before the year end. ATOM Funds Management is expecting a good result that will take the stock on its next leg up following Extract's close to 20 per cent rally over the past week and a half. Extract aims to be a low-cost producer because much of its uranium reserves are considered less difficult to mine.
