You are absolutely right, based on their 2006 estimated earnings, EXT is currently trading at a p/e of only 3.
Huge upside from here, its probably one of the safest buys in the gold sector, when you consider stocks like Newcrest (NCM) currently trading at a p/e of 46 and that includes their hedge policy predicament ($731mil underwater) fully factored in. I cannot see NCM doubling its shareprice in a hurry but i can sure see EXT trippling its s/p.
