What you say makes sense half-full.
Maybe it is worth our time to examine this all in much greater detail.
My figures stem from recent sales in the same area and those sales were for an undeveloped resource vastly inferior to what we are sitting on.
I am more than happy to give this a very thorough examination and it would help if the group assisted in all this.
