OK folks, this has been a long time in the making. EXT is now largely de-risked and while nothing is a "sure thing", it is highly likely we will see some significant developments in the coming week.
Given this, I respectfully ask the MOD's to allow this thread to remain - it is time we rewarded the high calibre posters here on the EXT thread for the time and effort which has gone into the research and posting for which I for one am very grateful. While this may be considered an premature cellebration, I think it is time we let our hair down a little, and so I am proposing a game of "Nearest to the pin"
I'm putting on offer a bottle of Grange Hermitage (vintage 1970) for he/she who "nearest to the pin" as to the final price for which EXT is sold, if in fact we achieve a T/O.
The only condition is you come to Newcastle to drink it with me and my lovely partner Vicki at some point in time; if need be we can cellar it for as long as is required.
I'm going to start with $17.55, (NB this is not a ramp. The Hathor metrics indicate over $22 based on the entire resource of 512.9Mlb)
