Based on the Mantra T/O @ approx $7/lb in the ground (similar ground & mineralisation) that makes approx $18 per share (calculations in a previous post). Mantra is sitting on top of a world heritage park game reserve & has no mining license. However since then we have had the big F word BUT in 2-3 years time that will not matter a dot.
So sell it now for $11 or $12 (dictated by bad market timing) or wait 2-3 years, U price up we are in production = $18 + capital + strategic asset = $30 - $40 returning a good yearly dividend ?
If it sells now lets guess halfway = $11.50 & someone is getting a lot of hard work, luck & a gift on a plate.
