It is just simply this is going only one way and that is up. No ramping, it is just happening and will continue to happen as has been for some time very slowly. Why slowly? I think we are all intelligent enough to work that out.

Number of shares blah blah blah....I say again means diddly squat, apart from it will keep out serious recommendations for EXT (but won't stop instu investment and hasn't) until the top 20 hold more (not far away) or consolidation occurs (unlikely). Even in the unlikely event consolidation does occur, you WON'T see 1:10. Much less than this would be the target, 1:2 places EXT at 450m...DYOR and go figure.
