As i understand rio have transferred there holding of ext shares to rossing uranium.
I was just picturing if it was possible a merger arrangement where there was minimum money up.
Like ext after drilling will be getting low on funds.
If they was to go alone they need to raise 1 -200mil for plant and say 2 yrs to get income
A merger offers a process plant and less time to mine to market.
Maybe this will never happen but was just inquiring if this was possible.
Im treating a merger as different to take over.
This is corparate law stuff and out of my league.
