anyway, I'll stick to some of your questions that don't need opinions. You ask about stock transfers. Yes, you can transfer stock directly from one owner to another, usually one broker would do this from one client to another. It's called a cross trade. Go to ASX website and search for cross stock or crossed trade or similar.

It is also possible to do an off-market transfer, but we usually don't bother with this as it is a slow, cumbersome process. So generally when stock is transferred from one client to another at an agreed price it is a cross trade though the ASX market.

You may even have noticed that there are quite regular cross trades on EXT...look for the XT on the course of sales...
