"Itochu agreed in July to buy a 10.3 percent stake...It now holds 13 percent"
This confirms that it was Itochu that secured the 5.3m shares cross traded on 10/9. This would have given them 12.44% so they must still be buying on market - no doubt keen to get to 20% under the radar.
