I should probably say that I consider these estimates to be very much on the low side. My own estimate for an NPV today is in the region of $9 to $10 per share, and consequently more down the track. There is far more to EXT than the conservative assumptions made, which really only consider Zones 1 and 2.
But it does illustrate that even with low-ball estimates EXT is a compelling long term buy. The scope for further downside would appear to be limited.
