Latest CR by KAH and steamrolling it through the recent EGM should be investigated IMO. It doesn't look like coincidence to me so close to this bid by the Chinese. If he has prior knowledge to this bid it is can be argued as insider knowledge. Bidders usually 'approach' the board before making an official announcement. Just a thought.
