Gero, The job, as far as defining the resource and the ongoing management of the co is quite straight forward - pretty good team in place, as for the problems of shareholder infighting due to conflicts of interest between those wanting to flog it now and those wishing to mine that will be resolved by commercial reality and voting power - all the new ceo has to do is walk the tightrope between the 2 different factions when they are about, that's not rocket science - the problem is more likely to be shareholder squabbling about who is the most suitable CEO politically - Has all the makings of yet another good game of murder in the boardroom or death by shareholder - hopefully they keep it all behind closed doors - no doubt Rothschilds will be able advise several ways that not only this but any other issues that are raised may be solved - and if they aren't enough choices, several more can of course be produced - all for nice fat fees, lovely grub.
