EXT will soon be TOP DOG !!
The new CEO for Swakop is to be appointed soon, but despite what the company has said they don't seem to be in too much of a hurry to appoint a new MD for EXT.
And why hasn't Peter McIntyre remained in the interim as was intimated in the June 18 ASX release? His choice or not?
In my opinion this plays into the hands of KAH,Polo,RIO and any other accumulators out there,maybe by design?

The Board thanks Mr McIntyre for his contribution and recognises the significant achievements made by the Company under his stewardship over the last five years during which time the Company has moved from junior explorer to an ASX 200 company. The Board will immediately commence its search for a suitably qualified replacement to ensure a smooth transition during the Company’s next phase of growth
From June 18 ASX release:-
......"In addition to the appointment of a CEO at Swakop Uranium, the Board will seek to appoint a replacement for the Managing Director of Extract, and will commence the search for a suitably qualified replacement immediately.
It is worth repeating that Mr McIntyre’s commitment for the next three months and possibly beyond is of particular significance to the Company, with a number of key objectives on schedule for the Rossing South uranium project"....... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So that's 4 months searching for a suitable replacement so far. Maybe they're trying to poach Marius Kloppers from BHP!! LOL
Of course I realize it's very easy for me to sit on my arse and be cynical about what must be a huge challenge in finding someone of McIntyre's calibre!
In the meantime,the games continue.This morning,for example,after a very positive start,a 99 share crossed trade (XT) dropped the sp from $9.21 to $9.06!! That was after 7 mins trading and it was all downhill from there.
She's not gonna run til the "big boys" are done!
