LOL, I can't believe how people panic. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly people rush for the exits when something like this megatons to megawatts comes along. Happens in about 99% of cases I would think.
Irrespective of how many nukes are decommissioned, there will still be countries like China, Korea and Japan who would prefer to have total control over their uranium supplies. With the current stampede, they will be quietly rubbing their hands.
If I had the spare cash, I'd be backing up the truck for some more at these ridiculous prices.
As Warren Buffet says "the sharemarket is there to transfer wealth from the impatient to the patient".
