And read again the EQX MOU, it's exactly the same as the Core MOU. If you read the announcements from SDL's side of the fence, they both say discussions about contributing capital OR paying haulage tariffs.
Interesting news in the AFR re a possible counterbid waiting in the wings. I reckon if SDL secured a 45c-50c deal from Hanlong, a counter-bid would probably get the chocolates at 57c unconditional. A counter bid at that price would be ironic.
