I will expand a bit on my comment in the about the EGM, to do anything outside of the agenda would in fact be detrimental to the other shareholders because they would not have been given notice of this.

At the AMG this is covered under 'general business'.

The Chairman would have the right of getting up and calling the items and getting them voted on and then closing the meeting without any question been taken outside the agenda items.

So discussions on how the management is going etc is out of the agenda and should be not discussed.
