It has been widely accepted amongst investors that have been following this stock that 2014 will be VOC's year in that they will probably be spend less money and start reaping the benefits of money spent developing assets up until this point.
I believe VOC is trending up in anticipation of a very good 2014.
I also believe VOC will put the $3 mark behind them very shortly and not look back.
I probably sound like I'm ramping so please DYOR, but this company is as close to a sure thing as it gets.
