I wouldn't call funding 'agreed upon' in any light or manner. I mean we were supposedly having a debt note with YBE in finalisation and now look... we have 2 different parties with equity back on the plate - perhaps i'm the only one who feels like we're being taken on a ride.

They have indicated %'s but I coudln't care less until that agreement comes out SIGNED - until then we might be at the 6th, 7th, 8th extension even. Anything seems possible at this stage , it'll be end of 2016 at this rate.
