Lots of buying in GBG, GBG SP now above MMX. Not bad considering over past few years MMX has had a high of $6.24 and GBG's high of $1.98.
I feel very comfortable holding MMX at a current market cap of $500mill, seems quite cheap right now. Just picked up another parcel this morning.
Deferred payment from Mitsubishi, you would have to think to be in the $billions looking at other comparable NPV's
MMX spent $190mill on OPR to date, any potential Chinese involvement would have to take this into consideration.
Planned construction to commence in 12 months time is the Chinese involvement really going to be much at all - if not at all.... I would expect some news very soon, only just over 5 weeks til the end of year
