I suspect they are rolling it out slowly too select regions or crowd1 members for testing and hopefully improvements on the fly. JUST SPECULATION.
From the video I watched on YouTube it looked like there was some bugs in the messaging/chat system.
The guy was adding online users and messaging them questions. The messages he sent appear to be not sending properly to the selected users.
I imagine we will be one of the last regions to see the platform due to bugs like this.

Hopefully sorted in due time for us investors to see the finished product. I have watched some gameplay- Just basic arcade style gameplay to enjoy on smoko.
Now over too crowd1 members to make some sales ASAP!
