now i'm no lawyer but he wrote ' i believe..'
so he believes the articles that have been posted or the rumours, so thats fine. i believe them too. maybe they r preparing the final or additional details pre announcement etc. being 3pm it might rally in anticipation of good announcement.

but any predictions anyone? if theres an extension will the sp drop coz its another 2 mnth wait? or will it rise coz its more likely cnp will get out of the trouble
